Best AI Affiliate Programs: Payouts, Cookies, and How to Join

A researched, honestly-hedged catalog of AI tool affiliate and referral programs — what each pays, how long the cookie lasts, and where to apply.

Reviewed by Jonathan West · Updated Jul 16, 2026

AI affiliate programs pay you a commission when someone you refer buys a paid plan. This guide lists the real programs across every AI content category — writing, image, video, voice, chat, and SEO tools — with the terms confirmed on each vendor's own page.

We checked each program against the vendor's official affiliate page, not coupon blogs. Where a rate or cookie window was not published, we mark it 'unconfirmed' instead of guessing. Programs that are closed to new applicants are labeled so you do not waste time applying.

Affiliate terms change often. Treat every figure here as a starting point and confirm the current rate on the program's own page before you rely on it.

What Is an AI Affiliate Program?

An AI affiliate program pays you a percentage or flat fee when a person clicks your tracked link and buys a paid plan. You promote the tool on your blog, video, or newsletter, and the vendor tracks the sale back to you with a cookie.

Two details decide how much you earn: the reward and the cookie window. The reward is either a share of revenue (like 25%) or a flat bounty (like $25 per sale). The cookie window is how long after a click the sale still counts as yours — 30 to 120 days is common.

Rewards also split into two shapes. Recurring programs pay you every month the customer stays, often capped at 12 months. One-time programs pay once on the first sale. Recurring usually earns more over time if the tool has low churn.

  • Reward type — percentage of revenue, or a flat bounty per sale.
  • Cookie window — how long a click stays credited to you (30–120 days is typical).
  • Recurring vs one-time — recurring pays monthly (often up to 12 months); one-time pays once.
  • Network — most programs run on PartnerStack, Impact, Rewardful, or FirstPromoter; some are in-house.
  • Approval — many programs review your site before they accept you.

Best-Paying AI Affiliate Programs (Confirmed)

The best-paying AI affiliate programs by confirmed terms are Systeme.io, Adobe, Surfer SEO, Semrush, and Pictory. Each publishes its rate on its own page, and each rewards a different promotion style.

Systeme.io leads for long-term earnings with a 60% lifetime recurring commission. Adobe leads for a big one-time payout at 85% of the first month. The rest reward high-ticket SEO and media referrals.

AI Writing & Content Tool Programs

AI writing tools run some of the most accessible affiliate programs, with several paying recurring commissions. Jasper, Writesonic, and Rytr all confirm their terms publicly and accept new affiliates.

Notion pays the most per signup in this group, but its program is currently closed to new applicants. Copy.ai runs a live program whose exact terms it does not publish, so treat its rate as unconfirmed.

AI Image Generation Tool Programs

AI image tools are a mixed bag for affiliates, with Adobe the standout and Midjourney a firm no. Adobe's program covers Firefly, Express, and Creative Cloud and pays a large first-payment share.

Two popular names are dead ends right now. Midjourney runs no affiliate program of any kind, and Canva's program is closed to new applicants. Ideogram accepts applications but does not publish its rate.

AI Video Generation Tool Programs

AI video tools offer some of the richest affiliate rewards, and most accept new partners. Synthesia, InVideo, Veed, HeyGen, Descript, and Pictory all run public programs.

The reward shapes vary widely. Pictory and Veed pay recurring commissions, while Descript and InVideo pay one-time. Runway keeps its paid affiliate rate behind a login, but its two-sided in-app referral is public.

AI Voice & Audio Tool Programs

AI voice tools reward affiliates well, and the two biggest names both pay recurring. ElevenLabs and Murf run public programs on PartnerStack with long cookie windows.

Murf offers the longest recurring window in this group at 24 months. Speechify pays a higher one-time rate, while Play.ht's terms could not be confirmed on a primary source.

Chat & Model Programs (Mostly No Affiliate)

The big AI chat and model providers do not run consumer affiliate programs, which surprises many creators. OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity, and Google all decline to pay per-signup cash to publishers.

There are narrow exceptions, but none is a normal affiliate link. If your content covers ChatGPT or Claude, plan to earn from adjacent tools rather than the models themselves.

OpenAI (ChatGPT)NoNon-cash Codex referral — rate-limit resets, not money
Anthropic (Claude)NoB2B enterprise referral-partner track only
PerplexityNoComet cash referral ended Nov 6, 2025; free-month rewards only
Google (Gemini / Google One AI)NoFree-month gifting; cash referral only on Google Workspace

SEO & Affiliate-Workflow Tool Programs (High Payout)

The tools that help you run an affiliate site often pay the best commissions of all. Surfer SEO, Frase, Semrush, GetResponse, and Systeme.io all run generous, public programs.

These are worth promoting because your audience already needs them. An affiliate marketer reading your blog is a natural buyer of an SEO optimizer or an email platform.

Where AI Programs Live: Networks vs Software

Most AI affiliate programs run on one of a few partner networks, which you join per brand. Knowing the network helps you find programs and get paid from one dashboard.

One common mix-up is worth clearing up. Some names are browsable marketplaces you can search; others are just the software a brand uses to host its own program, with no shared catalog.

  • PartnerStack — a B2B SaaS marketplace hosting ElevenLabs, Murf, Descript, Notion, Surfer SEO, and more. You apply per brand.
  • Impact.com — a large partnership network hosting Canva, Grammarly, Semrush, InVideo, and Veed. You apply per brand.
  • ShareASale (Awin) — a long-running network with some SaaS and AI tools among 30,000+ merchants.
  • FirstPromoter, Rewardful, Tune — these are affiliate-program software, not marketplaces. Each brand self-hosts its program on them, so you join on the brand's own site.

Newer AI Video Generator Programs (Kling AI, Hailuo AI)

Two newer AI video generators come up often in search but were not in our first pass: Kling AI and Hailuo AI (MiniMax). Both run some form of affiliate or creator-partner program, but neither publishes full terms as clearly as the vendors above.

Kling AI runs a commission-share program, reachable from inside the Kling AI app, that third-party affiliate directories describe as invite-gated with a roughly 60-day cookie and a one-time, variable payout rather than a fixed published percentage. Confirm the current terms in-app before you rely on a figure from a directory site.

Hailuo AI (MiniMax) runs a Creative Partners Program (sometimes listed as an Affiliate or Referral Program) that grants early feature access, credits, and perks to accepted creators. Its cash commission rate and cookie window are not published on a primary source we could confirm, so treat any percentage you see elsewhere as unconfirmed until Hailuo states it directly.

Neither program is a clear 'best-paying' pick the way Systeme.io or Adobe are. Apply if you already cover AI video tools and want to be considered, but do not build a content plan around an unconfirmed rate.

  • Kling AI — commission-share program, invite/apply-gated, terms vary and are best confirmed in-app
  • Hailuo AI (MiniMax) — Creative Partners / Affiliate Program, cash terms unconfirmed on a primary source

How to Choose and Join the Right Programs

The right AI affiliate programs are the ones your audience already wants to buy. Match the program to your content, not to the highest headline rate.

Start with three or four tools you genuinely use and can review honestly. Readers convert when the recommendation is specific and credible, and honest disclosure keeps you compliant with FTC rules.

A non-obvious tradeoff: a closed program you cannot join today (Notion, Canva) earns you nothing, so build around open ones. And a recurring 20% on a tool with low churn usually out-earns a one-time 50% on a tool people cancel in a month.

  • Pick tools you use — genuine reviews convert far better than generic lists.
  • Favor recurring over one-time when the tool has low churn.
  • Check the cookie window — a 90–120 day cookie forgives a slow buyer.
  • Skip closed programs (Notion, Canva, Leonardo) until they reopen.
  • Disclose every affiliate link — the FTC requires clear disclosure, and Google expects it too.
  • Re-check terms quarterly — rates and cookie windows change without notice.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • By confirmed terms, the best-paying AI affiliate programs are Systeme.io (60% recurring, lifetime), Adobe (85% of the first month), Surfer SEO (75–125% CPA on monthly plans), Semrush ($100–$300 per sale), and Pictory (up to 50% recurring). The best program for you is the one your audience already wants to buy.
  • No. OpenAI does not run a cash affiliate program for ChatGPT. The only referral mechanic is a non-cash Codex pilot that grants rate-limit resets, not money. If you cover ChatGPT, monetize adjacent tools instead.
  • No public consumer affiliate program. Anthropic runs only a B2B enterprise referral-partner track that pays referral credit and deal protection, not per-signup cash. There is no standard Claude affiliate link for creators.
  • No. Midjourney has no affiliate program, no referral program, and no public promo codes — confirmed against its own documentation. Any 'Midjourney promo code' on a coupon site is fake or just the annual-plan discount relabeled.
  • A cookie window is how long after someone clicks your link a purchase still counts as your referral. Common windows run 30 to 120 days. A longer cookie means a buyer who takes weeks to decide still earns you the commission.
  • Recurring AI affiliate programs include Systeme.io (60% lifetime), Rytr (30% for 12 months), Frase (30% for 12 months), Murf (20% for 24 months), ElevenLabs (22% for 12 months), and Writesonic (20% for up to 12 months). Recurring usually out-earns one-time on low-churn tools.
  • Yes. As of July 2026, Notion's and Canva's affiliate programs are closed to new applicants, and Leonardo AI has no open program. They may reopen, but you cannot join today, so build your content around programs that are currently accepting affiliates.
  • An affiliate program pays a publisher a commission on strangers they refer, usually with no reward to the buyer. A referral code is a two-sided consumer perk where both the existing user and the new user get a reward. See our guide to AI referral codes for the consumer side.
  • Both run some form of partner program. Kling AI has an invite/apply-gated commission-share program with a one-time, variable payout. Hailuo AI (MiniMax) runs a Creative Partners Program with perks and credits, but its cash commission rate is not published on a primary source, so treat any figure you see as unconfirmed.
