RPA Built Into SAP, ServiceNow, and Oracle

If your company already runs its operations on SAP, ServiceNow, or Oracle, the automation tool built into that platform is often the fastest path to value — because it already has access to your data and does not need a separate integration project.

SAP Build Process Automation (the current name for what was previously marketed as SAP Intelligent RPA) automates tasks inside SAP applications and is billed through SAP's Business Technology Platform consumption pricing. ServiceNow ships a native Robotic Process Automation capability inside its own platform, which makes sense for IT teams already using ServiceNow for ticketing and service management. Oracle does not sell a standalone RPA product the way UiPath or Blue Prism does; instead, automation capability is built directly into Oracle Fusion Cloud applications for customers running Oracle ERP.

The tradeoff with all three is scope: native platform RPA automates processes inside that vendor's ecosystem well, but struggles the moment a workflow needs to reach outside it — say, from SAP into a third-party logistics portal that has no API.
