Ramp Pricing (2026): What Free, Plus and Enterprise Cost and Add

What each Ramp plan costs, what Plus and Enterprise add, and the platform fee Ramp does not publish.

Reviewed by Jonathan West · Updated Oct 12, 2026

As of October 2026, Ramp pricing starts at $0 per user per month on the Ramp Free plan. Ramp Plus costs $15 per user per month plus an unpublished platform fee based on team size, while Ramp Enterprise requires custom pricing.

Ramp Free provides corporate charge cards, bill payment workflows, and basic accounting connections without monthly user charges. Organizations upgrade to Ramp Plus for multi-entity support, AI approval recommendations, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) integrations such as NetSuite and Sage Intacct.

Ramp states that over 70,000 finance teams use its software. You can confirm current terms and plan availability directly on the Ramp pricing page.

Ramp Pricing by Plan

Ramp has three plans. Free is $0 per user per month, Plus is $15 per user per month plus an unpublished platform fee, and Enterprise is custom. The free tier carries no baseline software charges, while paid plans add advanced administration and enterprise accounting connectors.

  • Ramp Free: $0 per user per month. This entry tier includes unlimited physical and virtual corporate charge cards, expense management, accounts payable bill pay, accounts receivable tracking, and integrations with QuickBooks Online and Xero.
  • Ramp Plus: $15 per user per month plus a platform fee based on team size that Ramp does not publish on its website. Ramp says you save 20% with annual billing (whether it also reduces the platform fee is not published), and Ramp offers a 30-day free trial.
  • Ramp Enterprise: Custom pricing billed annually through contract negotiation. This tier adds integrations for additional ERP systems, card issuing in more than 30 countries, dedicated account managers, and implementation services.
The $15 seat price for Ramp Plus does not include the platform fee, which is based on team size and is not published.

Features Included in the Ramp Free Plan

The Ramp Free plan includes unlimited virtual and physical corporate charge cards alongside expense management, bill pay, and treasury accounts at no monthly fee. Cardholders receive corporate liability charge cards featuring automated receipt collection, issuing controls, and category and vendor controls. Employees can complete expenses via SMS or Slack.

Accounts Payable (AP) workflows on the Free tier include Optical Character Recognition (OCR) invoice capture, configurable approval workflows, and payment disbursements via Automated Clearing House (ACH), check, card, or wire. Free wires and same-day ACH transfers are processed through Ramp Bill Pay without added transaction fees. The guide to accounts payable automation explains invoice capture, approval, and payment steps.

The Free plan also provides standard Accounts Receivable (AR) tools to generate customer invoices, track collections, and match incoming payments. Treasury accounts carry no monthly maintenance fees, minimum deposit thresholds, or transfer caps, though underlying interest yields fluctuate over time. Customer assistance across all plans includes Help Center documentation, automated 24/7 artificial intelligence help, and live chat, email, and phone support.

Advanced Capabilities on the Plus Tier

Ramp Plus adds multi-entity support, custom user roles, and accounting integrations with NetSuite, Sage Intacct and more, for $15 per user per month plus a platform fee. If you use NetSuite or Sage Intacct, you need Plus or Enterprise. The Free plan lists QuickBooks Online and Xero integrations. The Ramp vs Brex comparison sets the two vendors' plans side by side.

Plus codes every field of an expense with AI and recommends approvals. Administrators can configure policy rules that automatically lock cards when compliance is unmet. Plus adds 24/7 phone support for travel bookings, plus AI-driven expense reviews and policy insights.

Controllers gain access to real-time budget versus actual tracking, scheduled financial reporting, and an audit log. Plus also introduces multi-entity visibility restrictions, automated batch disbursements, and payment release approvals. The Ramp vs Expensify comparison covers how the two handle expense workflows.

The Ramp Pricing Structure for Platform Fees and Users

Ramp bases the Plus platform fee on team size and does not publish the amount on its pricing page. To get the platform fee for your team size, ask Ramp via the Ramp pricing page. Ramp says you save 20% with annual billing. Applied to the $15 seat price, that is $12 per user per month; whether it also reduces the platform fee is not published.

At $15 per user, the seat cost alone comes to the figures below, before the platform fee. A team with 10 users pays $150 per month on monthly billing, or $120 per month under an annual contract, plus the unpublished platform fee. A team with 25 users incurs $375 per month on monthly billing, or $300 per month on an annual plan, plus the unpublished platform fee.

These per-user figures remain incomplete totals because the platform fee is omitted. Companies can pay their monthly Ramp Plus bill through standard ACH withdrawals or by redeeming rewards earned from Ramp corporate card spending. Ramp provides a 30-day free trial of Ramp Plus.

Do not finalize a software budget using per-user math alone, because the unpublished platform fee will alter the total invoice amount.

Enterprise Capabilities and Software Add-Ons

Ramp Enterprise requires a negotiated annual contract. It adds Workday and Oracle Fusion Cloud integrations, plus custom development and ERP extensions. Global enterprises gain corporate card issuing and local currency card payments in more than 30 countries, accompanied by locally funded employee expense reimbursements.

Enterprise includes implementation services: scoping, integration setup, and training. Customers receive priority 24/7 global support and a dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM). The Ramp vs Bill.com comparison and the Bill.com pricing guide cover the accounts payable side.

Beyond core subscription tiers, Ramp sells optional add-on software and administrative filing tools. The Procurement add-on expands Ramp Plus or Enterprise by adding vendor intake pipelines, automated compliance reviews, Purchase Order (PO) creation, and three-way purchase order matching. The Accounts Receivable add-on introduces recurring customer billing and revenue recognition schedules, while Ramp charges $0.65 per federal 1099 filing (NEC and MISC), with free state filing.

Plan Selection for Small Teams and Accounting Clients

Ramp Free is enough for a business whose books run in QuickBooks Online or Xero and that does not need the Plus features listed above. Small teams get corporate cards, automatic receipt collection and matching, and free wires through Bill Pay at $0 per user. The guide to expense report automation explains how receipt capture and matching work.

An accounting firm whose client has several entities or a NetSuite ledger should look at Plus. Multi-entity support and the NetSuite integration are Plus features. Plus lists global coverage with auto tax capture, budgets vs actuals in real time, and an audit log. A client who needs those should price Plus. Ramp says you can upgrade or downgrade at any time in the dashboard or by contacting Ramp.

Finance teams should audit their current accounting software integrations and transaction volume before reviewing Ramp pricing on the Ramp pricing page.
